THE CHALLENGE
Running an agency across disconnected tools meant tasks in one place, invoices in another, and client requests arriving by email where they could sit unseen. We wanted one system that ran the whole operation — and if we could not build that well for ourselves, we had no business building it for clients.
WHAT WE BUILT
A custom platform on Next.js and Prisma: projects and tasks with assignees, tags and time logs; a role-based client portal; quoting and invoicing including recurring invoices and PDF generation; expense tracking with bank-feed connections; public intake forms; webhooks; and notifications by web push and Telegram.

- Every enquiry from webchampion.com.au lands as an assigned, prioritised task — nothing waits in an inbox
- Quotes, invoices and recurring billing generated from the same system that tracks the work
- Clients see their own projects and requests through a role-scoped portal
- Bank transactions imported and matched against expenses for reconciliation
- Intake forms are spam-guarded with honeypots, rate limiting and quarantine review
