Sound familiar?
Signs your project needs rescuing.
If any of this is where you’re at, a free consultation costs you nothing and tells you exactly what your options are.
Developer or agency has gone quiet
No replies for weeks. Project half-finished, and you don’t know what state it’s actually in.
Over budget and still not launched
You’ve paid more than quoted and there’s still no working site or system to show for it.
Code nobody else can maintain
What was handed over is undocumented, patched together, or built on a proprietary system.
Launched, but core features are broken
The site is live, but checkout, bookings, or key integrations never actually worked properly.
Can’t get access to your own accounts
Hosting, domain, or code repository access is stuck with a previous developer who won’t hand it over.
Freelancer disappeared mid-build
Whatever the reason, the work stopped and you’re left holding an unfinished project.
How rescue works
Free to find out. Fixed-price to fix it.
Every rescue starts the same way — no cost, no commitment, until you’ve seen the quote and decided it’s worth it.
Step 1
Free consultation
Tell us what happened — who built it, what’s live, what access you do or don’t have, and what “fixed” looks like to you. No cost, no obligation.
Step 2
Free audit & scope
We go through what’s actually there — code, hosting, integrations — and tell you honestly what’s salvageable versus what needs redoing. Still free.
Step 3
Fixed-price recovery
You get a fixed-price quote in writing before we touch anything — recovery work like this typically lands between $750 and $1,500, depending on scope.
Why teams call us for rescue work
We inherit projects. We don’t judge them.
We pick up work others dropped
Half-finished, undocumented, or built on something unfamiliar — we’re comfortable stepping into whatever state it’s actually in.
Fixed price, agreed upfront
You’ve likely already had one project go over budget. The audit and quote are free, and the recovery price is fixed before we start — no meter running.
Direct access to the developer
You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. No going quiet on you — that’s what got you here.
Common questions
Before you book a consultation.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The consultation and audit cost nothing and come with no obligation. You only pay once you’ve seen the fixed-price quote and decide to go ahead.
What if the recovery costs more than $1,500?
$750–$1,500 is the typical range for scoped recovery work, not a ceiling. If the audit shows the project needs a larger rebuild, we’ll tell you that plainly and quote accordingly — you decide before anything is charged.
My previous developer won’t hand over access — can you still help?
Tell us what you do have access to (domain registrar, hosting login, admin panel, anything) during the free consultation and we’ll advise on the best path — sometimes that means starting fresh rather than fighting for a handover.
What platforms and builders do you work with?
WordPress (any builder — Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, classic or block themes) and WooCommerce or Shopify for eCommerce. Tell us what it’s built on during the consultation and we’ll confirm fit.
What if you can’t rescue it?
If the audit shows it genuinely isn’t worth saving, we’ll tell you that directly and explain your options — including starting fresh. You’ve paid nothing to find that out.
