White-label web development for agencies
Your build. Your brand. Our developers.
Web development delivered under your agency's name. WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom — your client never sees us, never knows we exist. Documented, version-controlled, production-grade code that ships when you need it.
How white-label actually works with us
We’re invisible by design.
No fingerprints in the build.
No theme headers crediting us. No footer “built by” links. No comment blocks. Code reads as if your in-house team wrote it.
Your repo, your hosting.
We push to your GitHub or Bitbucket. We deploy to your hosting. We don’t hold the keys to anything — you do.
Documented in your voice.
README files, change logs, and handover docs written under your agency’s branding. Ready to hand to your client or your in-house team.
Your tools, your process.
Slack, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Trello — wherever your team lives, we’ll join. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.
No client poaching, ever.
We don’t pitch your clients. We don’t accept their work directly. NDA-backed if you want it formalised. Your relationship stays your relationship.
Wholesale rates.
You get pricing built for resale. Whatever margin you want to add for project management, account handling, and your retainer profit — that’s yours.
What we white-label
Build types we deliver under your brand.
Custom WordPress builds
Block themes, classic themes, headless WP. ACF-driven, Gutenberg-native, fully customised — not a Divi or Elementor stack. Code your client could hand to any other dev.
WooCommerce stores
Custom checkout flows, payment gateways, shipping logic, subscriptions, B2B pricing tiers. WooCommerce that does what your client actually needs, not just what plugins allow.
Shopify themes & apps
Custom Liquid theme development, section-based builds, Shopify Plus customisation, private apps. We work with your existing theme or build fresh.
Landing pages & campaign sites
High-converting pages built fast to your design brief. CRO-ready, A/B test scaffolding optional, integrated with whatever CRM your campaign feeds.
Theme & plugin development
Custom WordPress themes from scratch. Custom plugins for client-specific functionality. Block patterns, custom post types, ACF schemas — all to your spec.
Maintenance & ongoing support
Want to offer your clients a “managed by [your agency]” service? We’ll handle updates, backups, security, and uptime under your retainer, branded as you.
White-label FAQ
Common questions before we start.
How invisible are you, really?
Completely. No “powered by Web Champion” anywhere. No links back to us. No email signatures with our domain. We’re a ghost in your delivery — your client only ever sees your agency.
Whose hosting and repo do we use?
Yours. We push to your GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab and deploy to your client’s hosting (or whatever staging environment you use). You retain all access. We never hold the keys to anything you’d want back.
What if my client asks to talk to “the developer”?
That’s still you. We’ll brief you on whatever the client wants to discuss — technical decisions, implementation tradeoffs, options. You speak to the client. If you really need us in the room, we’ll join under your agency’s email and never use our own brand. Most agencies don’t need this.
What’s the markup model? How do we make money?
We give you wholesale rates significantly below what you’d quote your client. Your markup covers project management, account handling, retainer profit, and sales overhead. Most agencies mark our rates up 1.5–2.5x — comfortable margin without overcharging the end client.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance under our brand too?
Yes. You can offer your clients a “managed by [your agency]” retainer. We handle the actual updates, backups, security patches, and uptime monitoring. Your client gets your monthly report under your branding. We’re invisible to them.
What happens if we want to take it in-house later?
Painless. The code is in your repo, documented in your style guide, deployable from your CI. Your in-house dev (or any dev you hire) can pick it up. No proprietary builders, no obscure plugins, no lock-in. You can leave any month.
