BAPS Australia & New Zealand runs large events across multiple centres and needed to know exactly who can enter, where, and when — replacing manual lists and an ageing legacy pass process that could not keep up at the door.
WHAT WE BUILT
A Laravel entry-pass platform: event management with per-event pass designs, pass issuance with generated QR codes, door scanning with instant validation, a zone and centre structure matching how the organisation actually operates, and seeded migration of the legacy pass and scan history so nothing was lost.
