Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Mutual NDA before we discuss any client specifics. Send yours or use ours — both work.
Do you ever contact our clients directly?
No. All communication runs through your agency. We don’t appear in client meetings, emails, or invoices. If your client needs to talk to “the developer,” that’s still you — we brief you.
What does white-label delivery actually mean?
No Web Champion mentions in code comments, footers, theme headers, or commits. Documentation in your agency’s voice. We can deploy to your hosting, your repo, your project tools.
What’s your typical turnaround?
Landing pages: 3–7 business days from approved design. Maintenance tickets: same/next day for retainer clients. Larger builds: scoped per project — usually 2–6 weeks. Emergency fixes: same-day.
How does communication work day-to-day?
Slack, email, or your project tool — your call. You talk to the developer doing the work. No account managers, no message relay. Standups optional.
How do you price work?
Fixed-fee per project where scope is clear. Hourly retainers (10/20/40 hours per month) for ongoing capacity. Time-and-materials for emergency or open-ended work. We give you wholesale rates so you can mark up.
What happens if our agency or your team takes the engagement over?
