How fast can you fix it?
Most small fixes are done within a few business days of you approving the quote. Urgent issues (site down, hacked, checkout broken) we triage same-day where possible. We don't quote turnaround until we've seen the issue.
Do you need admin access?
Usually yes — admin access to WordPress, sometimes hosting (cPanel / SiteGround / WP Engine), and occasionally DNS. We send a short access checklist after you approve the quote, and we delete or rotate credentials when the work is done.
Will my site go down while you fix it?
We work on a staging copy where the host supports it, or on a low-traffic window where we can't. Either way, we tell you the plan before we start so there are no surprises.
Can you fix a site you didn't build?
Yes — most of our fix work is on sites we didn't build. We're comfortable inheriting WordPress sites of any age and any builder (Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, classic themes, FSE, custom themes). WooCommerce and Shopify too.
What if you can't fix it?
If the diagnosis takes us longer than expected to confirm, we tell you before we burn through the quote. If we genuinely can't fix the issue, we refund the unused portion and recommend who can. We'd rather be honest than charge for a non-result.
Do you offer ongoing support after the fix?
Yes — once we've fixed something, you can stay on Growth Support ($2,400/mo, 20 hrs) or step up to Technical Partner ($4,800/mo, 40 hrs) for ongoing improvement work. It's optional. Most clients just want the one fix and go.
