Step-Up had a website that was built years earlier and still did its job. What they didn’t have was anyone reliably looking after it — hosting, updates when business details changed, and administration of the Microsoft 365 tenancy behind their email. They needed a custodian, not a rebuild pitch.
WHAT WE DID
We took over as the technical custodian. Hosting moved under our management with monthly reporting. Content kept current as the business changes — updated details, updated pages, done when asked without a ticket queue. Microsoft 365 tenancy administered — accounts, email, and the admin work most small businesses have nobody to do. A fixed monthly arrangement, no lock-in.
RESULTS
- The site stays current, hosted and monitored — without the business thinking about it
- One contact for website and email/365 administration
- No rebuild was sold, because none was needed — honest custodianship of an existing asset
